Please review before scheduling:

  1. Free initial phone consultation:  I will call you after receiving your appointment request to schedule a free 30 minute phone consultation prior to your first appointment.  This will be an opportunity to discuss your goals for therapy, answer any questions you have, and give you a sense of whether working together would be a good fit.   

  2. When requesting an appointment, choose a time that works for you on a weekly basis.   We can change our meeting time down the road, availability permitting, but it's the best place to start.

  3. "Private Pay" or "Insurance":  I see patients who pay privately, also known as self-pay, as well as patients wanting to utilize their insurance benefits.  You'll be asked to decide between the two when requesting an appointment.  Questions??  Please visit Fees & Insurance FAQs for more information. 

  4. Acceptable forms of payment:  A credit card is required to book your first appointment but you won't be charged until after services are rendered.  You may use other forms of payment when we meet including cash, check, or credit/debit cards (including FSA/HSA cards).

  5. Cancellation policy for initial appointments:  Please provide 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your first appointment to avoid being charged for the cancelled appointment.
